Ingredients

pounds
ground turkey or pheasant or chicken
2
eggs
1
cup
Italian style panko breadcrumbs
1
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
black pepper
3
Tablespoons
olive oil
Instructions
Gather all of your ingredients.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a
rimmed baking sheet
with aluminum foil and some cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together in a
large mixing bowl
.
Roll mixture into about 40 small balls and place on the rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F using an
instant read meat thermometer
.
