This ChineseGoose and Green Bean Stir Fry is a quick and flavorful one-pan meal that combines tender slices of goose breast with crisp string beans. Perfect for busy weeknights, this easy goose stir fry delivers delicious Chinese flavors in only 25 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine the goose breast strips with the marinade ingredients (the water, cornstarch, oil, and oyster sauce).
In a small bowl, combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper.
In another small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
Place a wok over medium-high heat, and add 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the green beans. Sauté the green beans on all sides for about 5 minutes. Remove the beans from the wok and set aside on a plate.
Reheat your wok over high heat, and carefully spread remaining 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil around the entire inside of the wok. Now spread the goose breast strips on the wok in one layer, and sear for 1 minute on each side.
Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 45 seconds. Then add the chicken broth mixture you prepared earlier.
Add cornstarch slurry, being sure to pour it directly into the standing chicken broth, and stir-fry for another 15 seconds. Next, add the green beans and continue to stir-fry over high heat for another 45 seconds. Serve immediately.
