Ingredients

pound
ground venison
1
Tablespoon
olive oil
1
pound
processed cheese (such as Velveeta), cubed
10
ounce
can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
½
teaspoon
ground cumin
¼
teaspoon
smoked paprika
¼
teaspoon
onion powder
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
optional garnish: chopped fresh cilantro and red bell pepper
Instructions
Add venison and oil to a
large skillet
over medium-high heat and break it up with a wooden spoon or spatula until it's fully cooked, about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium and add Velveeta, Rotel tomatoes with juices, cumin, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Stir the mixture until the cheese has melted and the dip is smooth.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
