This Deer Burger Soup is our favorite mixed vegetable recipe and one of our favorite deer burger recipes. It's perfect when you need some inspiration for winter soup ideas that can be thrown together in just over 30 minutes.
In a large pot over medium-high heat, add oil, deer burger, onion, and garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until no pink remains in the meat.
Add potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer over medium low heat for about 15 minutes.
Remove the lid, then stir in mixed vegetables and Herbes de Provence. Simmer for another 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
